SHIPPING INFORMATION

The shipping cost for an order is calculated by the website after it knows your country and the weight or volume of your order. The easiest way of finding out the total cost to buy goods, including shipping to your location, is to enter it into the shopping cart on the website and go right through to the payment stage. The web shop uses your delivery address to calculate the shipping cost. You can do this before you commit to buying, and we won’t spam you if you have entered your email address.

This also gives the website a chance to remove the 19% European sales tax (BTW / VAT) which you won’t have to pay if you live outside the European Union.

We do not seek to make profit on shipping. The price calculated by the website is that which we calculate will be charged plus a percentage to cover costs (tax, handling, and payment fees). For very low-value orders, the shipping cost includes a surcharge for time and costs to pack your order. The system can also calculate if you live in a so-called “remote area”, where an additional charge is also added by the parcel service. Again, you only order when you have seen the shipping costs in your shopping cart.

Shipping is a costly business. This cost has risen, as most of you will know, and we can expect the situation to be “in motion” for many years to come. Shipping is also a complicated business: shipping costs depend on weight and size, not on the cost of the product.

If you buy multiple items, then the postage rate per item is lower.

Who will deliver your parcel?

It’s not always possible for us to tell you which company will deliver your parcel in your country. You will receive a link at the delivery stage, which allows you to track your package. We use a professional shipping broker, which assures you of the best price for the package you want to the location you specify.

SHIPPING COSTS

The prices given on product pages are inclusive of statutory value-added tax (VAT) and other price components, except for non-EU countries where the VAT is 0%.
 We only ship to the following addresses in:

1. EU-Counties:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

2. 
Non-EU Countries:

Andorra, Guernsey, Jersey, Liechtenstein, United Kingdom, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland.

We charge flat-rate shipping costs for delivery according to weight (under 30 kg), size and invoice amount. We use a shipping class for this calculation. See the price lists below. Find your country to check the freight price.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for Germany and Zone 1 above an invoice amount of €150.00, except for the Steel Bikes.

Shipping costs are communicated to you during the basket process and reconfirmed on the order page.

Notes on shipping:

Shipping to remote areas is expensive. We calculate according to your postcode. So if you are living in a remote area, it might be less expensive for you to deliver to a friend, that lives outside the remote area.

All shipping companies need the telephone number of the shipping address. Privacy restrictions make it difficult for us to collect this information. You will help us a lot if you put your telephone number in your order. There is a field for it, but it’s not mandatory. We can assure you that we will not spam you or sell the information to spammers.

Your country is not listed here? We can send stuff across the globe, but we cannot send to other countries through the Web shop here. There are too many variables to look at. Get in touch with us, and we will try to help.
